Cancellation Policy
We do not accept cancellations without reasonable reasons. We do not accept cancellation due to logistics factors, because international transportation is inherently an uncontrollable process, we hope you can understand.
In the case where you have paid but the package has not been sent, if you cancel the order, we can immediately refund you in full. If the package has already been sent, you need to process it in accordance with Return/Refund Policy.
To return your item, please send an email to contact@mail.myeyebbstore.com and we will provide you with a return address. Please go to your local post office (as this would be the least expensive option) to ship the package with regular mail and tracking service to the address provided to you.
